| RTM (Right To Manage) Online Coming Soon
We at Block Management UK are pleased to announce that our online RTM (Right To Manage ) quotation and process system is now being tested and its due to go live during March 2010.
All of past and current RTM applications have been completed manually thus taking up considerable resources, not only will we be able to handle more RTM applications we will also be reducing the cost of the service.
Our new system will.
1. Cut the cost of making the RTM application
2. Speed up the process of an RTM application
3. Free up more of our admin time to devote to ongoing Block Management

We are pleased to confirm Block Management UK , Specialists in Estate & Block Management, have yet again experienced another record quarter of growth within Block management sector.
Whilst the month of January remained slow, new business enquires relating to both Block management and Estate management during February and March doubled.
We are more than pleased as over 15 % of new management enquiries were from recommendations from clients within our existing portfolio.

Local Student came to Block Management to find out what the world of work is like.
The idea being is to see the difference of skills learnt at school and how they could be applied in the work environment.
Some skills and qualities that are used and learnt at school are carried over into the work place things like punctuality, reliability, getting on with people, honesty and problem solving.
The student was introduced to all of the different people at the company and learned how block management works and why people use the company for the different services they provide.
Points of the day included
Behind the scenes view of what technology is used to run and manage block management clients.
An in depth tour on how the internet is used by Block Management and how the companys website displays information that explains the range of services the company provides.
Introduced to the world of graphic design and how it is used on a daily basis, and helped design some new print materials.
Look at the back end design including database engineering and at how information flows through different electronic mediums with in the company.
An overview of the accounting procedures in the company such as accounts payable, Accounts receivable and the credit control department.

www.servicechargearrears.com we have been able to develop a fully automated process that requires very limited user intervention, Naturally as with all high tech service charge arrears systems, we have the ability to stop the arrears process at any time to prevent unwanted letters being sent.
The PAMS system ( Property Asset Management System) monitors the due date of each service charge demand, then after the preset grace period the stage one letter is sent politely reminding the leaseholder that there payment is overdue, all clients of Blockmanagment Uk, have the option to choose there preferred method of correspondence, Email Fax or Post, letters are automatically generated and sent via the preferred method, thus ensuring the leaseholder receives our communication.
After the seven day period expires, PAMS then checks the status of each service charge demand, and all outstanding will receive a final notice before action letter.
We respect and appreciate that our approach is quick of the mark however, its vital ensure each managed block has sufficient cash flow to discharge its liability's especially in the current credit crunch that were all facing.
A further seven days goes by then the inevitable happens, regrettably the file is passed directly to solicitor for immediate collection.
As each of our managed Blocks & Estates has different service charge dates, terms and conditions, the PAMS system is programmed to allow for such diverse criteria, it even distinguishes between a non paying leaseholder and a leaseholder whom is paying via equal installments.
We look forward to enhance the financial positions of our clients, and making a stand against persistent none payers of service charges.

Our sales consultants received 14 applications for the right to manage process, this is a definite indication that there are many dissatisfied leases
out there, our statistics show a failing in the new build market.
The most common area of dissatisfaction arises from developers whom continue to use,incompetent agents on every new development they build.
