Our sales consultants received 14 applications for the right to manage process, this is a definite indication that there are many dissatisfied leases
out there, our statistics show a failing in the new build market.
The most common area of dissatisfaction arises from developers whom continue to use,incompetent agents on every new development they build.
Aside from this area we are please to confirm 12 new appointments during the month of march, most of our new clients this month arise from the small Block sector, Many agents do not want to manage small blocks of flats, mainly due to the small fees that they attract, however
