Useful Documents - Displays documents such as Building Insurance Policies, Energy Performance Certificates, Listed Building & Building Regulation Consents and Approvals, Property Warranties and Guarantees, Your Lease, Previous Years Service Charge Accounts, Management Company Regulations, Memorandum & Articles of Association of the Landlord/Management Company, etc.
Useful Contacts - Displays details of contacts relating to your property, including the Property Manager, Maintenance Manager, etc and can be used to email the relevant contact
